  • When you arrive for a curly specific haircut, I need to see your hair in its element! Please wear your hair as you typically would - freshly styled! Ideally your hair wont be pulled out from a ponytail or have heavy product.

  • I have been happy to serve clients for over a decade. I’ve worked at a number of salons in the Hudson Valley. I’ve spent time as a barber’s apprentice which is where I increased my knowledge and experience with short, clipper cuts. Additionally, I’ve had advanced education in razor cutting at Arrojo in NYC, and I became a Deva Certified Stylist, where I got most of my education in dry cutting. Through all of these experiences, I’ve come up with what I believe is an ideal and individualized service for my clients.

  • It all begins with a thorough consultation. When you come in to see me, we will talk about what your hair experience has been, and what your hair goals are. After we ensure that we’re on the same page, I will either begin our dry cut process, or bring you over to the bowl depending on what I determine your hair needs. At the salon bowl, you will experience a hair detox which will revitalize your curls, as well as a hot towel treatment. After cleansing, I’ll bring you back over to your chair where I will finish by explaining a styling process tailored to you. Once fully styled, I love a final reassessment. I’ll take one last look at your hair and make any needed adjustments before sending you on your way.
