I’ll be real with you, I’m not a natural athlete. I didn’t grow up doing sports. After I had my daughter, I realized I needed to take control of my health by means of fitness and nutrition. Through many ups and downs, I realized what fitness is to me: a holistic approach to living a balanced and vibrant life. I knew that discovery was one I wanted to share with others.
Fitness is a perpetual journey of self-discovery, self-discipline, and self-care. It is more than being a certain size or looking a certain way. Through regular and holistic self-care, I want to help you to revitalize your body, improve your stamina, and enhance your overall confidence and well-being. My goal is to challenge you to push beyond your perceived limits. Only you can achieve your goal. I can’t do it for you. Think of me as your personal cheerleader.

Think strength. There are many avenues of fitness. I like to think that my approach is all encompassing, but with a strength focus. Without building your base of mobility and balance, you can’t achieve strength. Without strength, you can’t expect longevity in your life. Through balance, mobility, strength, and conditioning training, I’m confident we can get you feeling your best!

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. I’m also certified with Girls Gone Strong as a Pre and Postnatal Coach. I’ve been thankful to have experience working with all types of people, from people who have never worked out before, to athletes; from pregnant women to new moms; from teenagers to older people. I’ve also been fortunate enough to have excellent mentors who have continued to give their guidance and knowledge through years of experience to me.

I’m happy to offer both! If you live around Hudson, NY, you can find me in-person at KS Fitness. If schedules don’t align or you’re not in the area, online training or programming is a great option! For some, it may be the most cost-effective option as well. Feel free to contact me to see what option is best for you.

Yes! Becoming a mother was what started me on my own personal fitness and health journey. Although I really enjoy working with many types of people, moms hold a special place in my heart. Whether you’re pregnant, 6 weeks postpartum, or anywhere else in your journey, I’m excited to offer my services to you.
